station to station

working on some new dishes. i have only 4 dishes for the menu but it still takes getting used to during set-up and service. i get very particular about where things go in order to make work functional. if your station isn't organized how can you get through service.
summer is coming and there seems to be more produce than i can handle. market today.
i will try to take pictures.

no, it's marble. the set-up is a little small but i have almost everything i need. the kitchen is very very functional. i do have a wood table downstairs if needed.
