nothing

sometimes there seems to be nothing going on...or at least just the same things happening.  prep, service, prep, service, napa, prep, drive back, more prep, more services...nothing new. 
it was slow yesterday for service so i made something for the kids (staff).

bacon and maple cream puffs.

ever been to beard papa?  a store that sells only cream puffs.  these were really good.  bacon pastry cream with maple syrup, profiteroles dusted with bacon sugar and powdered sugar. 

wonder if these would sell well.
