seasons past


here's an older photo i just wanted to put up because it looks neat.

peppermint macarons from christmas. macarons are so fun because they can be anything you want them to be. i try to make them as seasonal as possible. currently running meyer lemon made from a meyer lemon curd. i prefer curds and ganaches to buttercream (it's been about 8 years since i made a buttercream). what flavor is going to be next?
