trying to create a forest floor scene
had lots of fun last night
porcini-caramel ganache macaron and candied chanterelle finincier
the candied chanterelles tasted like sweet bacon bits...need to explore that further. they awesome just to eat on their own, can't imagine sprinkling over vanilla ice cream
...steven spielberg in for dinner tonight and i'm off, should i just go in anyway?
