citrus macaron...yuzu juice, meyer lemon juice, lime zest
cocoa marshmallow

I like the mallows, are they that dark all the way through or just coated in c-powder? Have you tried using nitrogen and smashing them? its cool.

they arent quite so dark inside, too much aeration, not adding any food color only cocoa and chocolate.
don't have any LN but it sounds great. maybe i should get some from my local welding company
